Terms of Service & Refund Policy
The service
Kipo (formerly Accountant Agent) is a Telegram bot that records and categorises your expenses and income, keeps a Google Sheet up to date, and sends you summaries. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not a certified accountant and does not give financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for checking your records.
Free trial and invites
- You can try the full service free for 7 days (30 days if you join through a member's invite link). No payment details are needed, and the trial ends on its own; we remind you 2 days before. One trial per Telegram account.
- When a trial ends without payment, the bot pauses. Your data and Sheet are kept, and you continue where you left off when you subscribe, or delete everything with /delete.
- Invites: when someone you invited pays for the first time, you get 30 extra days of membership. For card subscriptions, the extra days start when your current paid year ends. Free time has no cash value.
Founding membership
- One payment covers 12 months from the day your membership is activated.
- Prices: 2,499 EGP or 54 USD, depending on the payment method. The 54 USD founding price is available until 31 December 2026, 23:59 Dubai time; from 1 January 2027 new card and crypto memberships are 99 USD for the first year.
- Card payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record. They are a yearly subscription: 54 USD for the first year, then 99 USD per year, renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email; your membership then continues until the end of the paid year.
- Other payment methods may be offered inside the bot. Their price, duration and whether they renew are shown in the bot before you pay; one-time payments are never renewed automatically, and we remind you 7 days before your year ends. Refunds within 7 days go back the way you paid.
- Card payments activate your membership instantly in the bot; Paymob payments are activated once the receipt you send the bot is checked, normally the same day. Setup happens inside the bot.
- New features released during your 12 months are included at no extra cost.
- The membership is personal and cannot be shared or resold.
Refunds
- Ask within 7 days of payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, payments are not refundable, and your membership continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds go back through the original payment method within 14 days. Payment provider fees may apply where the provider does not return them.
- To request a refund, send /refund in the bot.
Fair use and availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but it depends on third parties (Telegram, Google, Supabase) and may occasionally be unavailable. The AI can misread a message; you can correct any entry at any time. Abuse, automated flooding or reselling the service can lead to suspension.
Changes
If these terms change, we will tell members in the bot before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
